Sit Back and Relax While You Watch This Beautiful 8K Time-Lapse of the Four Seasons of Norway

If you’ve had a stressful couple of weeks like we've had then you’ll really enjoy watching this absolutely gorgeous time-lapse of nature in Norway, which you can view in glorious 8K. It's relaxing and reminds you there's still plenty of beauty in the world.

Titled “SEASONS of NORWAY - A Time-Lapse Adventure in 8K,” the lovely 6.5-minute film below was shot and edited by Morten Rustad and took over two years to put together.

“With its imposing mountains, endless plateaus and echoing valleys, Norway is a country where nature takes the lead,” Rustad explains on the YouTube page for the video.

“Using time-lapse, this film attempts to capture the ebb and flow of the seasons and is a result of one year of planning, a second year of shooting and four months of editing. 20,000 kilometers have been travelled, 200,000 photos taken and 20 terabytes worth of hard drives filled. Months have been spent hiking through the mountains, sleeping in tents and travelling through the entire country hunting for the best locations.”

You can watch the video at up to 8K resolution (7680x4320 letterboxed). And trust us, you’ll want to watch it at as high a resolution and on as large a screen as you can. (A glass of wine might also help but that’s up to you.)
