Yuneec Launches H920 Plus Drone and CGO4 Camera for Making Pro Quality Stills and Video

The new Yuneec Tornado H920 Plus hexacopter is a major upgrade to the company’s previous H20 flagship model, offering all the bells and whistles necessary for capturing professional quality stills and video. The company has also introduced the new CGO4 interchangeable-lens camera with a host of advanced features.

The Yuneec Tornado H920 Plus features a unique modular design that includes carbon-laminated, quick-release propellers that can be removed and attached without tools at the push of a button. Contributing to the unit’s compact, modular design are folding arms that significantly reduce its size while traveling.

The durable Tornado H920 Plus includes a carbon fiber fuselage and arms, and retractable landing gear that provide an unobstructed 360-degree view of the world below during flight.

Developed in cooperation with Panasonic, the new interchangeable-lens Yuneec CG04 camera is available with a Yuneec 3x optical zoom lens, and is compatible with three lenses from Olympus—the M.Zuiko Digital ED 12mm f/2.0, the M.Zuiko Digital 45mm f/1.8, and the M.Zuiko Digital ED 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 EZ. The Yuneec CG04 camera delivers 4K video and 16-megzapixel still photographs.

The H920 Plus is available in a variety of configurations, with or without the camera and other accessories, at prices ranging from $2,499 to $3,999.
