Today’s DSLRs do a lot to keep your images sharp, but for long exposures and perfect camera alignment, you still can’t beat a tripod. We want to see your best shots that could not have been accomplished without three legs under your camera: Breathtaking panoramas, action-packed long exposures, eye-popping HDR, and hyper-detailed macro are all welcome. We’ll give the best shot an ABEO Pro 283CGH tripod (value $549) plus the winning photo will appear in Shutterbug Magazine.
The DSLR Pro Kit includes everything you need to clean the optics on your DSLR: the Original LensPen for lenses, FilterKlear™ to clean filters and MicroPro™ for eyepieces. All three feature two working ends: a retractable naturalbrush for removing loose dust and a carbon-impregnated cleaning pad for removing fingerprints from the optics surface. The carbon compound used in LensPen products is similar to the one found in printer’s ink – which is why newspapers have remained a popular method for cleaning windows and glass for generations. Also included in the DSLR Pro Kit is a microfiber pouch that holds all three pens and can also be used as a cloth for other cleaning applications.
The new size is made specifically for printing 8” x 12” images, which are native to full-frame sensor digital cameras. This type of camera, which has become more popular over time, creates image files in the 2:3 aspect ratio. This ratio produces image files that are 4x6, 8x12, 12x18, and up. 9” x 13” sheets are convenient because they allow photographers to print a full un-cropped 8" x 12" image with a slight border on all sides, perfect for matting and framing.
Red River Paper offers 9” x 13” sheets in glossy, luster, satin, matte, and fine art inkjet paper surfaces. Boxes range from 20 sheets to 50 sheets and start at just $19.99.
