Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYSE: WMT) have announced
the launch of a national program to recycle used materials from in-store picture
kiosks. The program is underway at about 4,100 Wal-Mart stores and Sam's
Clubs in the U.S. that operate KODAK Picture Kiosks, and is expected to annually
recycle 2 million pounds of thermal printer ribbon, spools and cartridges. That
amount is equivalent to the weight of approximately six, 250-passenger commercial
airliners.

Eastman Kodak Company has announced four new innovative and user-friendly products
to the C and V lines of EASYSHARE Digital Cameras, including The KODAK EASYSHARE
V705 Dual Lens Digital Camera -- the world's smallest ultra-wide-angle
optical zoom digital camera, and the KODAK EASYSHARE C875 Zoom Digital Camera,
with 8.0 MP, 5X all glass SCHNEIDER-KREUZNACH optical zoom lens.



Kodak designed the V705 to include KODAK RETINA Dual Lens Technology, which
touts two 7 MP sensors, anti-blur technology and KODAK PERFECT TOUCH Technology.
The V705 offers 5X optical zoom range and automatically adjust its setting when
choosing from 22 scenes and three color modes. Picture takers can even capture
up to 180 degrees with only 3 shots. The video features include the ability
to record VGA video (640 x 480) at 30 fps with sound, and convenient on-camera
video editing tools can be used to trim clips and create prints from video (4,
9 or 16 up), plus view and share single frames.

Eastman Kodak Company has introduced the KODAK EASYSHARE V610 dual lens digital
camera, the world's smallest 10X (38 -- 380 mm equiv.) optical zoom
camera at less than an inch thick. Using KODAK RETINA Dual Lens technology,
the pocket-size V610 camera combines two SCHNEIDER-KREUZNACH C-VARIOGON all-glass,
non-protruding prism lenses to deliver a long zoom range -- a first for
a camera so small (just 4.4 x 2.2 x 0.9 inches).

Eastman Kodak Company has announced the KODAK EASYSHARE G600 Printer Dock. The
new design has a built-in handle, smart paper tray storage, and battery.



Priced at $149.95 (MSRP) and available beginning in August, the unit works with
PICTBRIDGE enabled devices and IMAGELINK print system compatible digital cameras.
Owners of Kodak cameras can also use the dock to charge their KODAK camera battery
in 3.5 hours or less, with the optional battery pack. The battery pack $49.95
MSRP) will be available on the KODAK Website at www.kodak.com
and certain retailers.

Eastman Kodak Company has announced the Kodak Easyshare P712 zoom digital camera.
The camera features a 12X (36 -- 432 mm equiv.), image-stabilized, f2.8
-- f/3.7, Schneider-Kreuznach Variogon lens that delivers exquisite detail
and sharpness. Optical image stabilization provides a two-stop advantage over
non-image stabilized systems for better capturing subjects in low light for
both stills and video. It also minimizes handheld camera shake at longer focal
lengths. TV-quality, 30 frames-per-second VGA video with sound (MPEG4) is available
as are on-camera video editing functions, including split, cut, merge and trim,
plus the ability to create single-frame or multi-frame "storyboard"
still pictures.

Eastman Kodak Company has announced that its innovative EASYSHARE-ONE zoom
digital camera would be available for purchase this October. The company has
also developed a new, interactive tour of the EASYSHARE-ONE camera, available
at http://www.kodak.com/go/easyshare-one/.
In addition to providing 360-degree views of the camera, the MACROMEDIA FLASH
micro-site highlights the multiple ways in which people can easily share, take,
edit, organize, and print their pictures, all wirelessly.



Kodak
is working with the world's leading wireless companies to make sharing
pictures across town, across the country, or across the globe as easy and convenient
as possible. All EASYSHARE-ONE camera purchasers receive a complementary, camera-specific
trial service in conjunction with major hotspot providers. In addition to service
from T-Mobile USA, with more than 6,000 T-Mobile HotSpots across the United
States, EASYSHARE-ONE camera owners will also be able to enjoy public connections
in other key areas. Kodak plans to announce further market-specific service
providers, as well as retailers that will sell the EASYSHARE-ONE camera, in
the coming weeks.



Kodak designed the EASYSHARE-ONE model (US$599 MSRP) including the KODAK WI-FI
Card specifically for sharing, moving the camera experience from "point-and-shoot"
to "point-and-share." · It allows users to have E-mail and
online picture sharing without a computer, using a direct, wireless connection
to the KODAK EASYSHARE Gallery service. By connecting to the Gallery through
a compatible home or public network, people can upload pictures and videos for
near instantaneous electronic sharing with friends around the world.
