4.0, dubbed a significant upgrade to the No. 1 selling consumer photo-editing

Canopus has announced Momento, the latest addition to its line of creative
software tools. Momento turns digital photos into an animated slideshow with
motion effects, artwork, transitions, titles, music and voice-over. Slideshows
can be e-mailed, posted on a website or burned directly to DVD. Momento can
import all major photo and audio formats straight from a memory card, and with
its unique 'SmartStyle' approach, all the user has to do is select a theme and
Momento will automatically add motion effects, music and transitions.

Manfrotto will be a sponsor of the 2005 All Roads Photographers Program. In connection
with National Geographic's All Roads Film Project, this program recognizes and
supports talented photographic storytellers from around the world who are documenting
their changing cultures and communities through photography.



The 2005 All Roads Photographers Program is a key component of the All Roads Festival,
which is designed to recognize, support, and spotlight the next generation of
photographers and storytellers who have been documenting their changing culture
and community. Manfrotto is proud to be a sponsor of this National Geographic
initiative.



The Festival provides a forum for indigenous and under-represented minority-culture
filmmakers and photographers to showcase their work to a global audience and share
their unique culture and experiences through exhibitions, panel discussions, and
workshops.



The All Roads Festival, an event comprised of cutting-edge film, videos, live
music, art, and a photographic exhibition, will feature work from the program's
2005 awardees. Featured artists will include: Marcela Taboada, Sudharak Olwe,
Neo Ntsoma, and Andre Cypriano. Awardees will receive, among other prizes, photographic
equipment from Manfrotto.


The 2005 Festival will be held in Hollywood, CA, September 22-25, 2005 and in
Washington D.C. September 29-October 2, 2005.

Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE:EK) has begun shipping its innovative, highly anticipated
EASYSHARE-ONE zoom digital camera to retailers. Initial customer availability
is expected within the coming days, dependent on individual retailer and store
stocking schedules. Kodak is working with the world's leading wireless
hotspot companies to make sharing pictures across town, across the country,
or across the globe as easy and convenient as possible. When visiting a hotspot,
EASYSHARE-ONE camera users can effortlessly send pictures with personal messages
via e-mail, upload pictures to the EASYSHARE Gallery, and view and share existing
Gallery albums -- all without a computer.



EASYSHARE-ONE camera purchasers receive a complimentary, camera-specific trial
service in conjunction with major hotspot providers. Current preferred service
providers include T-Mobile USA, with more than 6,000 T-Mobile HotSpot locations
across the United States; T-Mobile International, with over 5,000 hotspot locations
in Germany (in conjunction with T-Com) and more than 800 hotspot locations in
the United Kingdom; and Telstra, with over 850 Telstra Wireless Hotspot locations
in Australia.



Kodak is also working with other providers to expand broadband hotspot coverage
in Europe and Asia, enhancing the thousands of public freespots available in
venues such as airports, parks, business centers, and municipalities. Kodak
