The sd Quattro H is Sigma’s second mirrorless camera based on a Foveon sensor that uses lenses with an SA mount. Compared to the first sd Quattro, which was introduced in summer 2016, the new camera offers a larger sensor, a more rugged yet still compact DSLR-style camera build, and a host of new features.

SLR camera. The new SD14, powered by the 14 megapixels Foveon X3 direct-image-sensor,
features four JPEG recording modes, large and bright pentaprism viewfinder with
98% coverage, a built-in flash with a Guide Number of 11, 5-point AF system,
a large 2.5-Inch 150,000 pixel resolution LCD monitor as well as a durable shutter

The Photokina news keeps coming, as Sigma just introduced five new Global Vision lenses for shooting everything from landscapes and street photography to portraits and sports. The new glass includes a 28mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art, 40mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art, 56mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary, 70-200mm f/2.8 DG OS HSM Sports, and the 60-600mm f/4.5-6.3 DG OS HSM Sports.
