We’ve touted the insane 83x (24mm to 2000mm in 35mm equivalent) zoom of the Nikon Coolpix P900 in both our review of this superzoom camera and in a previous video that caputed the moon’s rotation from a field here on Earth. Now here’s further proof that the P900 is a super-duper zoomer.

Our previous video (see Camera Shutter Sounds Are Not All The Same And This Video Proves It) revealed that every camera make and model is capable of producing its own variety of unique sounds. This knowledge inspired photographer Benjamin Von Wong and Andrew Kesler—along with a few creative assistants—to experiment with and transform 14 Nikon cameras (provided by Nikon Professional Services Canada) into musical instruments and use them to create an amazing symphony of shutter and camera sounds.

Megan Rapinoe captured the World Cup this year with the United States Women’s National Soccer Team and photographer Simon Bruty captured her in this heroic black-and-white image. The photo is actually from 2011 and was shot for Sports Illustrated as a preview of the women’s team for that year’s World Cup in Germany.
