Brinno Intros TLC200 Pro HDR Time-Lapse Video Camera

The new TLC200 Pro from Brinno is an HDR video camera (an upgrade to Brinno’s TLC200 model) that can be used both indoors and outdoors to create cool time-lapse videos over pre-set variables of time.

The instant technology  in the TLC200 Pro produces actual video—not a series of JPEGs. The 60-gram TLC200 Pro is portable, easy-to-use, has a weather-proof case and video can be viewed on the playback screen on the back of the device. Also available is the On-The-Go upload tool, which uploads/plays back footage directly to any smartphone.

The TLC200 Pro has four shot settings: Daylight, Twilight, Night and Moon. The exposure, saturation, contrast, sharpness, and white balance are also adjustable. Time intervals for shots can be customized to shoot immediately to all the way up to once every 24 hours. The battery life depends on different scene settings, but in certain settings, the 4-AA batteries can withstand up to seven days of continuous filming.

The TLC200 Pro allows for high quality low-light recording and sharper images. A 112-degree field of view angle records a wider area so users can capture panoramic images. The camera’s F.2 aspherical lens provides improved image detail, and users may easily change the lens.

The TLC200 Pro package retails for $229.99 and comes with the HDR time lapse camera (TLC200 Pro), a 4GB SD card, 4-AA batteries, a kit lens (BCS 019), a lens cover, a screwdriver, a screw and the user’s manual.
