Avoid This Lazy TRAP as a Landscape Photographer (VIDEO)

Are you a lazy landscape photographer or does it just feel like that sometimes? Landscape pro Mark Denney argues that it's probably not laziness but a typical trap that some photographers fall into that could be slowing you down and making you miss the best shots.

In the below video tutorial, Denney says, "you're not a lazy photographer but this should be avoided" and then explains how to get around the issue.

"In this week’s episode, we discuss being a lazy photographer and a trap that should be avoided," he notes.

"It's easy to fall into a routine or a certain way of doing things, but if you're not careful, it can suffocate your creativity and progression in photography. I've been heavily into landscape photography for the past nine years, but seven of those years were spent entrenched in this trap. And I firmly believe that if had known what was happening back then, I would have easily been able to correct this and progress much quicker. I hope you enjoy this week's video and as always thanks so much for watching."

So, what is this this lazy trap you should avoid? Watch below where Denney talks about how photographers often take "grand landscape photographs" with wide-angle lenses when they're just starting out. While it can produce some nice images it can get repetitive and boring after a while. He then explains ways to get out of this wide-angle rut to produce a range of stunning looks with your images.
