I was shooting sunsets over West Palm Beach, Florida and stayed for some twilight and night shooting. Wanting emphasis with foreground colors, I used a flashlight to paint the flowers.

Fantastic capture. I love the color and clarity of the city scape! Good job on the use of your flashlight!
