This is a picture of the New Cooper River Bridge that runs between Charleston and Mt Pleasant South Carolina. This was taken with a tripod using my Konica Minolta MAXXUM 7D camera set at f2.8, ISO 400, for 1/2 second. It was raining and I saw the fog reflecting the light over the well lighted bridge and saw this as a night photo opportunity. This was the view from our friends balcony that my wife and I were visiting.
