Walking through downtown San Francisco on Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, I left the shoppers in Union Square to walk the fairly empty Financial District. The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco stands for the the Unites States' central bank with all its power and responsibility. The building in which it resides reflects that stalwart nature, don't you think?

I agree with you. This Federal Reserve building symbolizes power and responsibility. Moreover,the Federal Reserve announced it would consider renewed efforts at economic stimulation. Thursday, the plans for that effort were made known. Get a
