The oldest desert in the world is in Namibia. It is amazing and getting out into the dunes for sunrise/sunset and all that in between is well worth it. This photo is an example of the contrasts one will experience visiting this place. Light, shadow and colors all come together and all you have to do is take the picture. Camera used was a Canon 7D Mk II with the Canon 500mm f4 lens on a tripod. Settings for this photo as follows. Aperture was 5.6, speed was 1/400 sec and ISO was 100.
