Tamrac has introduced a redesign of their popular Expedition Series backpacks,
now with "Wing" accessory pockets that allow for quick access to
accessories. The accessory pockets also have Tamrac's exclusive Memory
and Battery Management System that uses red flags to identify available memory
cards and batteries. The packs include dual-foam comfort pads on the back and
air flow channels to keep the werer, and contents, cool and dry. There's
also a QuickClip tripod attachment system with a tripod foot pocket for balancing

Nikon has introduced the new D2Hs professional digital SLR camera that incorporates
several new enhancements and features. An all-new image processing engine in
the camera produces images with higher quality, finer gradations and lower noise,
while a newly refined exposure metering system improves on Nikon's 3D
Color Matrix technology. The D2Hs Auto White Balance and auto focusing systems
have been fine tuned to deliver precise, accurate results and an enhanced buffer
now offers continuous shooting at 8 frames per second for up to 50 consecutive
shots (JPEG, FINE).

Samsung Camera has introduced three new models to its NV series of advanced
point & shoot digital cameras -- the eight mega pixel NV8, 10 mega
pixel NV15 and 12 mega pixel NV20. All three new cameras feature the Smart Touch
interface and feature Schneider optics with a 3x optical zoom. On the back of
the cameras' brushed black, stainless steel bodies, lies Samsung's
Smart Touch user interface. Smart Touch enables easy navigation of the cameras'
feature sets by simply sliding a finger across the control buttons positioned
around the cameras' 2.5" LCD screens.

Nikon Inc. has unveiled a completely redesigned Web site with a new visual
user interface that among other features utilizes images to display information
about Nikon's products and services. Visitors to the site will also have
an ongoing opportunity to offer feedback and suggestions about the site's
content and usability to help define the evolution of the site over the coming
months and years.



Similar to Nikon's imaging products, which rely on customers' feedback
for development, the new site will be a continually evolving forum thanks to
the addition of an innovative blog called "Your Shot" that encourages

Continuing its courtship of professional and advanced amateur photographers
who wish to make their own prints, Hp has announced the amateur-oriented 8350,
an A3 (13x19) size, 6-ink printer, and two new large format DesignJet printers,
models 2100 and 3100, both of which are available in 24 in and 44 in models.
The difference is that the 2100 is an 8-ink printer and the Z3100 is a 12-ink
printer.
