Lexar Introduces 133X CompactFlash and SD Cards
 February 16, 2006 — Lexar Media has introduced its new Professional CompactFlash and Secure Digital
(SD) flash memory cards designed to deliver optimal speed and performance. Speed-rated
at 133X, Lexar’s new cards deliver a minimum sustained write speed of
20MB per second for serious photographers who require fast read and write speeds
and seamless operation throughout each step of the digital imaging workflow.
Designed to make the most of the latest high-performance digital SLR cameras, the new 133X cards include Lexar’s Write Acceleration Technology (WA) which allows these cameras to exchange and store images faster, for super fast image-write speeds.
