ButterCup, I hate rating shots after a 10 has been passed out.
To me, maybe just me, a 10 means no room, nor a need for improvement. A chance photo or simply catching a one time moment shot can also get a 10 for right place, right time. This is a great shot and nice result. Great eye for seeing it and snaging the beauty.
Hmmmmm.... I detect a 90 or 180 degree image spin. It's little things like that that make images stand out and make people ponder.
A trick: Take a smallpocket mirror with you next time and hold it above and behind the subject out of view and direct it towards the camera. Use flash and it lights up the edges from the back side.

Thank you,thank you, thank you guys!!!!!. Buy the way $P,I would have loved to try that on this shot but,I am only 5'1 or so, lol! Although, come to think of it,that is a good climbing tree and I can climb a tree w/ the best of them.!!!!
