Great shot, great tones, over did the blurring around the edges and depth is blurred in some locations of the plane, but not others.
The solution is zooming in and working with a much smaller blur tool if you continue with the same process. Much more time involved, but a really clean result when you're finished. As for the rest of it, I really like the shot.
