Want to spice up your real estate photos? Put a cute grandma in them! That’s the lesson from these adorable photos featuring an 86-year-old grandmother from Florida that went viral today.

The grandma in the images is Yolie Ball who decided to include herself in the photos of the house she’s trying to sell with her husband to make the shots more appealing.

When Ball’s 15-year-old granddaughter discovered the adorable photos she shared them on Twitter where they quickly took the Internet by storm.

Since the intial tweet, the images have been retweeted nearly 50,000 times (and counting.)

"The first picture, the one where I have my head sticking out of the bedroom door, I was going to pull back and Sandra said, 'No, mom, stay right there,'" Ball explained to ABC News about how the hilarious photos came about. "It went from there."

While the image quality of the photos is pretty low, it just goes to show you don’t always need a fancy camera to capture great shots that people love!
