Don't want to rate it but will tell you what I think. I like doing old buildings. First thing I would do is to make a landscape configuration of it. Then I'd move it more out of the center of the picture. Maybe down and left a bit but get more of the area around it. The building is to centered and consumes to much of the photo. There's hints of stuff all around that would tell another story rather than an old building melting.
