Image-editing expert Unmesh Dinda is one of our favorite sources for in-depth Photoshop and Lightroom tutorials, and in the video below he demonstrates a rather amazing technique for adding realistic water reflections to landscape photographs.

There are a variety of technician-approved methods for cleaning a camera’s sensor, but the cringeworthy video below is definitely not one of them. And just in case you’re watching this “tutorial” with the volume turned down and you are seriously lacking in common sense, what you see below is meant to be humor.

There’s a lot more to making great landscape photos than being in the right place at the right time and snapping the shutter. The Fujifilm X-T20 is a mirrorless system camera with a 24MP sensor that was developed by Fujifilm. This “X-Trans CMOS III” sensor is already used in Fujifilm’s top-of-the-line X-T2 and X-Pro2 mirrorless cameras. To optimize detail reproduction and sharpness the sensor doesn’t use a low-pass filter: it uses the unique “X-Trans” RGB pattern instead of the standard Bayer pattern.

Many photographers use visible watermarks on the images they post online or license through stock photo agencies as a means of protecting their copyrights and preventing the unauthorized use of their work. Yet in a newly released blog post, researchers at Google say that automated algorithms can erase this protection and provide unfettered access to watermarked images.
