This really scary and could do a huge damage to all creative people. Look what the lack of effective copyright protection and pirating has done to the music industry. The same fate could befall photography and all other creative activity. People will be less motivated to create and invest in creative careers if what they create is not protected and prevented from becoming a part of the public domain.
