Why do you shoot a D 200 and not a 30D ? and what kind walk around lens you use in your D 200?
Your replied would be very usefull for me .
Thanks again
Paul
Because Nikon doesn't make the 30D... Either you use Nikon or Canon. I've been shooting with Nikon for over 30 years.
My favorite lens on the D200 is the 20mm f2.8. It's a good wide angle and light and fast so I can hand hold it. I use the 60mm macro for product shots and the 180mm f2.8 for a telephoto.
Nikon and Canon are both great companies. Most people get "stuck" with one just because they already have lenses for a particular brand. The classic argument between the two is pointless - it's like the Ford vs. Chevy debate - both do the same thing. Each one does have its pros and cons - you have to decide which one is better suited for your style of photography and personal taste.
