What camera you have?

Hi there
The reason that I ask this question is because Im getting into this hobby and I need to buy a decent camera and Idont have any idea on what to get .

I have the Canon Digital Rebel also known as the 300D.

I have both a C5050Z and an E-1. These cameras suited MY needs and intended uses. I would suggest that you really sit down and write out the features you need and purchase the camera that meets those needs. Kodak's "Joy of Photography" is a great introduction to the various types of cameras and how to use them.
