First impressions of the site. There are no pictures on the home page and I waited for them to load. Plain gray boxes on a home page do not work for a photography web site. It's about the images so I'd rather see the image with the names of the galleries appear when you mouse over them. You need navigation that lets people go from picture to picture instead of always forcing them to go back to the gallery page. Last thought is that I recommend adding a copyright to each image.

Beauty and composition are in the eye of the beholder, but sharpness is something we can talk about objectively. I think almost all of your images could benefit greatly from increasing sharpness.
