Waiting for a Canon SLR with video

I"m waiting for Canon to come out with a new SLR that's got good video capacity. I like to include some video with my photo slideshows and am hoping that Canon wont be too long in coming out with their newest SLR that's got good video capability. I'd like to buy a Canon SLR because I've also got some good Canon SLR lenses. Does anyone have any info on this?...
and, yes, I do know that Canons's got their CAnon 5D Mark II, but its much too expensive.
