Using a US Canon 20D battery recharger in UK

Has anyone out there bought a Canon 20d in the US and brought it back to UK? If so would love to hear what what did you do re battery recharger. Did you have to buy an adaptor and if so what type and cost??

I bought one in USA and brought it back to France, all you need is an adapter not a converter because the stand alone power charger already converts for you and if you look on it is states that it accepts 110V-220V. So all you need to do is go to a store (FNAC if you have those is UK) and buy a universal power adapter that lets you put the US plug into a UK outlet. Happy Shootings!
