I doubt that you'll find a video. But you can order the D200 book from Thom Hogan

There is a video from Blue Crane for $20 I picked up last weekend at a Ritz Camera store. They are on ebay for $20 + S&H. If you are totally unfamiliar with digital it would be helpful. The Elite video is $70. Probably much more in depth.
