Suggestions on photo trip

Both my son and I have been enjoying photography for a couple of years now and have gotten into some serious equipment. Though amateur I think we have come a long way in our skills.

I was thinking of taking a trip this fall and am looking for links to check out some photo trips offered in the North Eastern US that would be a good learning experience for us. We both like landscape, country, small town photo opportunities.

Any suggestions of trips or sites to find trips would be most appreciated.
