I have been doing some experimentation with my Sigma SD10 and digital infrared, and I tried searching this forum but didn't see a mention of that camera. With the Sigma, you can remove the dust screen, which has an infrared filter coating, to allow IR light to pass to the sensor. I have only used a 950nm filter, and I have gotten some results, but need to do more experimenting with exposure times (which seem a bit unpredictable) and also need to get the rig on a tripod...some foliage might help as well ;-) (darned winter).
Anyway, I'd be glad to hear from anyone shooting IR with a Sigma SD
