Sigma “Show Your Colors” News, and Additional Contest for Sigma Lens & DSLRs
The prizes for this contest are:
First Prize: Sigma SD14 14MP digital SLR camera with Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 EX DC Macro zoom lens. The only digital SLR featuring the 14MP Foveon direct image sensor, capable of producing high resolution digital images, with uncommon color, clarity and detail, supported by a full compliment of high quality optics and accessories.
Second Prize: Epson Stylus Pro 3800 printer A pro printer capable of making beautiful full color prints up to 17“ wide. Utilizing Eight-Color Pigment Based Epson Ultra Chrome K3 inks (including 3 levels of black), it is an ideal tool to convert the high quality, high resolution DP1 image files into beautiful prints.
Third Prize: 2 - Lexar 8 GB SDHC memory cards and a Lexar Pro Dual-Slot card reader, featuring high capacity and high read and write speeds. The perfect way to quickly record and download the large high-quality files (raw or JPEG) produced by the DP1 camera.
In addition, due to the overall interest in the photo contest, we are pleased to announce an additional photo contest, open to all users of Sigma lenses or SLR cameras. The theme for this contest will be “What America Means to Me”. The entry period will be from September 1 through December 31, 2008. The standard rules for Sigma photo contests will apply. The prizes for best images are:

It also features HSM AF drive and Sigma EX DG teleconverter compatibility.
