Our Shutterbug Photo of the Day by DB Young offers the viewer a glimpse of a tranquil landscape featuring the bright fall colors set against the dark hues of the mount range in the distance.

“An early layer of snow quickly melting away and rising in the fog behind autumn color in the aspens,” writes Young.
