Shutterbug Photo of the Day: “Chirlcahua Waterfall” by Jack Olson

Our Shutterbug Photo of the Day by Jack Olson features a tranquil waterfall that lies safely hidden in a deep green forest.

“I visited the Chiricahua Mountains in Southeastern Arizona following a rainy period in Sept, 2015. Both me and the tripod got wet while shooting this series below an unnamed waterfall. We spent a couple of wondrous days hiking camping and taking photos in an historical part of Arizona,” writes Olson.

This image was captured with a Canon EOS M camera on a Manfrotto tripod, ISO 100, f/8, ½ second, 18mm, edited in Adobe Lightroom 5.7.
