Hey, I recently noticed a new dust spot or what i thought was a dust spot. I have a nikon d300, i tried using the internal sensor cleaning option many times as well as using an Arctic Butterfly to clean the sensor but it seems as if nothing is working. I fear the more i try the more of a risk i scratch the sensor if i have not done so already. I have not tried any fluid cleaners yet, should i perhaps look into professional cleaning? Here is a picture of the spot. 8 f/22 iso200

I'd get in contact with your nearest Nikon repair center and talk with them before going on any more, as they can advise you of the best way to proceed.
Regards,
Gary
