A photographer in town has an old RB67 he is selling with a 150 & 90 lens. It is about 26 years old so it is not the Rb67-Pro. I know the RB Pros are not bringing that much so does anyone have an idea what this old RB67 with those two lens are worth? I have no idea. I know he has replaced the shutter on one of the lens. The one He has that really interest me and I have not seen it yet is a 4+5 Speed Graphic. He is going to let me know what he wants for them. He has a LInhoff 4+5 he won't sell to me. Thats the one I wanted. Any way tell me what you think. I have not seen the condition of either one, but I know the RB67 has been used good. Monte Johnson.
Monte
just happen to have a KEH cataloge handy... they list a RB67 in bargain condition for $119, 150c in bargain for $172, and a 90 or $189, ...hope this give you an idea
Thanks Marty,
I will wait and see what he wants for it. I was thinking three hundred for what he has is my limit. I do not want it that bad, but if it is cheap I will get it. Monte Johnson.
$300 would be a steal if it's in any good condition at all (IMO)
I see the body, 90mm, finder and magazine selling on ebay for anywhere from $300 to $800 as a kit.
Being in the service industry I can tell you for sure that if the camera or lenses need adjustment you would be over $100 for each item for almost any repair. General service on the lens/shutter or RB/RZ bodies tend to be in the 2-3 hours labour ($60 / hour Canadian).
Good luck, you have a great bargin there
Doug
