I recently purchased a Nikon D70S. I am using the lenses and flash from my other camera. Nikon N80. I understand the lenses are compatable and everything (I have been taking great pictures), however I can't seem to get the Quantaray QAF 6600 Flash to work with the D70S. What am I doing wrong? Is there a special setting I have to put the camera on? Please Help! - Bill

I'm not familiar with the flash you have. But I suggest setting the flash on Auto back to itself. TTL doesn't work with the D70. The other thing you can do is set the flash on Manual and use the LCD to verify exposure accuracy.

I can set the flash to TTL. I dont think that has anything to do with the speedlight though

Just found out. It's not compatable. I need to get the Nikon SB-600
