Hi, I'm about to throw my epson 2400 and paper out the window soon...
Here's the issue. I am using Hahnemuhle fine art 308gsm photo rag 11x17 and the printer is totally rejecting it. Crazy thing..now I use the letter size Hahnemuhle 308gsm and great, no problem. Now I'm thinking do I have just a bad batch of paper here or am I doing something terribly wrong. Advice please before I go insane. thanks, joanne

308gsm is thick and heavy paper. So I would strongly suggest consulting you Epson 2400 user guide to see if how you are loading the paper is the correct method for that weight and thickness of the paper.
