Hmmm... was grandma looking online at her cute grandchild? Because I don't see anything special about this picture. How did someone rate it a 10? The horizon isn't level, the date's in the corner, and little Billy is overexposed.

You can make outdoor flash pictures look more natural by having the flash = the ambient light.
