The Photographic Project

The Photographic Project has established itself as a learning center and gathering place for photographers/imagers from around the world. This year's subject is being held as a retreat-style conference for photographers on taking a project from concept to audience. Discover the possibilities of your project through an inspiring weekend of invaluable seminars, lectures and hands-on workshops.

PORTFOLIO CRITIQUES
Portfolio Critiques have proven to be one of the most effective ways to get insiders advice and valued opinions on your work. SFCP is pleased to offer a friendly platform for exchange of ideas, critical advice, and networking for the Creative Edge participants. Many picture professionals representing different aspects of the field, such as gallerists, curators, publishing representatives, and esteemed consultants will be among those to offer their advice to participants in one-on-one twenty-minute meetings. Registrants will have the opportunity to enter their Reviewer preferences on-line. Reviews will be then be determined by a computerized lottery system.

CONFERENCE INFORMATION
The conference is held at the beautiful and historic IHM Retreat Center, approximately 1.5 miles from the heart of Santa Fe. The conference includes an opening reception on Friday night, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and heavy hors d'oeuvres on Saturday evening for participants and presenters. Attendees will have the opportunity to network and share their photographs during two hours of Portfolio Sharing.
