I am new and have a question. I have a PF 1800 film scanner I have used for several years with ok results. I have recently moved and after unpacking I find my scanner not working. I assume the light source is havig an issue.

Can anyone tell me if this can be repaired an where. I went to the manufacture website and used the customer support email to ask about repairs with no answer of any kind.
