Oly SP 500 Won't Power On

My Oly SP500 fell off the table and now won't power on. Any resets or other ideas of what may have gone wrong?

Have you made sure the battery is seated properly?

I have inserted new batteries and made sure they are inserted and seated properly. Still no power....

It needs to be repaired and any answer you get on a forum is only speculation.
