I have a Nikon D80 and love it. I just downloaded and installed the latest firmware update (I am very computer literate) and I now find my camera is acting strangely. It sometimes shows the battery being depleted when it is full and when I checked the battery configuration it showed I was using Alkaline batteries rather than the standard Nikon lithium. I corrected this and am still having some inconsistencies.

Anybody have installed the latest firmware with or w/o problems. Thanks. <!--color-->
