I will be purchasing a D200 soon. The camera comes with a rechargagle battery (EN-El3e), quick charger, video cable, strap, body cap, eyepiece cap, rubber eyecup, LCD monitor cover, Picture Project CD-ROM, owner's manual and one year warranty. Other options I am considering include: Nikon Capture, Kirk Enterprises quick release plate, Memory cards (2). Are there any other options I should be considering? Does anyone have any experience with the ExpoDisc and/or Hood Loupe?

Get an extra battery and Arca Swiss quick release plate if you are using a matching tripod head. I recommend Really Right Stuff for any tripod heads and camera/lenses qr plates. The Expo Disc is more for indoor or controlled lighting. You can use it outdoors, but the light is constantly changing which would require constantly resetting a custom white balance.

Thanks, Larry. From the article I read in Shutterbug, I gathered it could be used for outdoor work also.
