Nikon 62mm 6T close-up lens: where to find one?

I can't find this lens anywhere. Even B&H says they don't know when and if they will get any more. If you know how I could get a hold of one, please email me at:

Larry,

My intention was to post my question in the general and Nikon-specific sections of both the digital SLR and the 35mm SLR categories as the item that I am trying to locate applies to all those areas, but I goofed and got a duplicate in the Nikon User Group. Is there a problem with this approach, a Shutterbug Forum rule that I am unaware of?

No hard fast rule. But it's common forum etiquette. Probably no more people will see your post if asked on three forums than on one, and at the same time, other posts have been buried that might have required answers.
