Nikon 62mm 6T close-up lens: where to find one?

I can't find this lens anywhere. Even B&H says they don't know when and if they will get any more. If you know how I could get a hold of one, please email me at:

By this point, I'm sure you know that this item is discontinued and won't be available through normal channels. But I did find one on eBay this morning so they ARE still out there...
