Nikon 62mm 6T close-up lens: where to find one?

I can't find this lens anywhere. Even B&H says they don't know when and if they will get any more. If you know how I could get a hold of one, please email me at:

Larry,

I've tried about anything I can think of, including Ebay. There is one for sale there that is supposed to be "new", but it lacks the original packaging, which is kind of funny for a "new" product; I've emailed the seller about the newness of the item, but no reply sofar.
