Nikon 62mm 6T close-up lens: where to find one?

I can't find this lens anywhere. Even B&H says they don't know when and if they will get any more. If you know how I could get a hold of one, please email me at:

Well, according to the B&H site it IS in stock at $53.

Thanks for the reply, but... Your link is for the Nikon 5T close-up lens (it's a 1.5 diopter that I own already). I'm looking for the Nikon 6T (2.9 diopter).
