Put new life into and get more out of your scanner with Lasersoft SilverFast 6.5.
An easier to use interface and many new features including Multi-Exposure that provides an effective increase in scanned dynamic range could make your scanner perform like a new and better one.

David, it's not available yet for my Microtek 1800f - but I'll be there when it is!

Bill,

That should not take too long. I would assume from the list that they chose first to do the scanners for which there are the most copies of SilverFast out and including those that are OEM bundles.

I am quite eager to see how it works with my Minolta Scan Elite 5400 II, and might even add an Epson V700 to my personal inventory on the basis of the results that can be achieved.

Maybe now if scanner owners try it and find they obtain better scans it will add some weight to my argument that the software is at least half of what it takes to get good quality scans.
