A New Look At Classic Cars; Digital Tools Make For Colorful Abstractions

Photography has long been a passion and one of my favorite subjects is the classic automobile. My interest is not so much in the mechanical aspects but in their design and form. Since I was introduced to the magical world of digital I have developed a new approach to this subject matter, one that extracts the car from its surroundings and considers it as an object of beauty onto itself. For example, I recently photographed a Mercedes-Benz parked in front of a decaying fence. When I was done with the image the fence was gone and in its place was a bucolic landscape, with shady oaks and a placid lake.

The images here are even more abstract, where I completely remove the automobile from its surroundings and concentrate more on the form of the car itself. I use a variety of Photoshop tools to accomplish this, starting with Quick Mask mode to cut the car from its surroundings and then adding colors and swirls with items from Photoshop's Artistic Filters menu, including Watercolor, Dry Brush, and Solarize. Each automobile evokes a different set of tools and techniques.

The cars look amazing in these images, the photographs have given them a new dimension. I love cars and never ever discard my old models, I still cherish the first Ford model I bought from SB Ford.

These classic cars would look even better in these images. I love classic vehicles be it cars or motorcycles. I own a motorcycle, however, I hardly ride it. Recently it started acting up, the mechanic advised me to find the best motorcycle exhaust system at 1stopspeed.com for my machine.

These classic cars are looking simply amazing, I love classic old cars but it is not easy to find the original car parts any more. I always insist on buying original parts, even for my AC I buy parts from HVAC Parts Shop.

Really, It is a very nice post. As we are now acquainted with the new stylish cars but, the old cars has the key for which we enjoy the old cars while driving. So, after reading this article I came to know that we can give a new look to our cars by using the digital tools. So, from my point of view it will be preferable and we must go for this. Actually cars need maintenance to function properly. So, its our responsibility to maintain our car like, we have to service it after particular kilometers of run and also we have to repair our cars from good repair centers whenever required to get better performance from it and for our cars smoother running. Below I have mentioned a link of good repair center you can follow it. .

Classic cars or vintage cars are somewhat very rarely seen now a days. Many people are fond of these cars and still use it but it is only possible due to their proper care and maintenance of these cars. For some it is a hobby to keep their cars polished because it was their first car. Giving colors to these cars shows the ultra modern style of classic cars. They may be old but you cannot deny the style factor. Very nice article. Mini Cooper Mechanic Chino Hills
