New Hasselblad CFV Digital Back

Hasselblad has announced a new digital back which is compatible with V-system cameras and also resembles the A-12 back, if only superficially. No price as yet.

Hasselblad has set a suggested price of $12995 for the 503CWD, and $9995 for the CFV digital back only.

Ahhh! Finally a film based forum for Hasselblad users. How sweet! Anyways, back to the original post, the back looks mighty fine but 10K? Wow, you would think with all these advancements in sensor technology, the price tag would be a little less, but then again, its a Hasselblad. Hope they keep on making film for a long time.
