Again this old curmudgeon has become a target for self-serving negativism. There seems to be no point in continuing to try to support the Shutterbug forum, and I am just too sick and tired of it all, but no more so than what goes on almost everywhere these days.

So I will limit my activities to where I still can be helpful . Anyone with a question or a need for digital photo help will continue to be welcome to contact me by e-mail and they will get an immediate and I hope considerate and useful response by return e-mail.

I'll certainly second Bill's sentiments.

However, as I've now been called a liar by the same negativity, I believe I shall take my leave as well. I guess I probably brought it on myself by assuming some people will eventually see the reason others are trying to highlight.

Larry,

I was having the same thoughts while watching the wonderful rain we are finally getting here. It was also pointed out by a long time friend of mine that I have been a help to a few seeking it on here. Since they emailed me asking me to stick it out, I'm going to try it out.

Dear friend, I am a newbie to this site.
This is my third inputs to this site. Initially I put few images in my gallery about my home country, Iran. Then tried to write my first comment about an image that I liked in the gallery, then bang, I received the following message:

Shutterbug Photo Gallery Message
You don't have permission to post comments for images in this category.

Then I looked at your input, felt very bad that why few good people like you withdrew and then the darkness come forward.
Hope you stay here longer and share your thought with us specially those people like me who are newbie.
